General Terms

  • All prices are quoted inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated at the time of quote being provided
  • Arrival times are subject to delays due to traffic and other possible circumstances beyond our control
  • Parking must be organised or provided by the client for a service to be carried out. Any cost for paid parking in the area must be paid by customer. Customer will be liable for any infringements for parking under their instructions.
  • Any pets at the property must be removed or restrained to provide our service people with a safe work space
  • Any Customer must not directly or indirectly engage, employ or contract a service person introduced by us for service required for self, relative or a friend unless a consent for the same is obtained from Gem Services Group
  • We carry full public liability insurance at all jobs we do
  • We reserve the right to amend any of the terms at anytime

Removals Terms

  • Prices quoted are inclusive of GST

Cleaning Terms

  • All prices provided over the phone, online or in email are subject to variation depending the condition of premises and scope of works required to be done
  • Any price variation with cleaning can best be quoted upon inspection of the area to be cleaned
  • Electricity and hot water must be available at the premises on the scheduled day of cleaning. Failure to do so may result in call out charge

Mowing Terms

  • Min. callout charge for Mowing job is $99
  • Any variation or additional costs for the service will be advised on the day of job upon physical inspection

Payment

  • Acceptable methods of payment are: Cash / Bank Transfer / Card
  • Card Payments incur additional 3% surcharge
  • Payment for services must be made on the same day when service is provided, unless otherwise stated or arranged at the time of booking for a job
  • Payment for End of Lease Cleaning jobs must be paid upfront at the start of the job in full

Cancellation

  • Any obscene behaviour/language, sexual advancements, and/or disrespect towards any service provider will result in instant termination of the service
  • If a service provider feel unsafe or threatened in any manner, it will result in instant termination of the service
  • We will not be held liable for any additional charges or loss to customer in such a case
